Volunteers Required
We rely on volunteers to help on a Sunday or Wednesday to help run the shop and provide
a service for our members. We have a core number of the Committee who are there most
days, but for various reasons we have recently lost some of our member volunteers.
We have two different roles we are trying to fill, one is helping behind the counter
to process the purchases and take the payment, which is predominantly all by card
now. The skills you need are a friendly face and the ability to add up any purchases.
The other role is helping in the bulk store where purchases are collected and loaded
into wheelbarrows and push to the customers vehicle for loading.
